I certainly do not think we would be able to drill into any type of relative bid feedback through that type of information exchange, there are just way too many factors that need to be reviewed.

If I could 1031 exchange the property in 3-5 years and roll it into a bigger property, that would be ideal.  

The main thing keeping our "economy" afloat for the last 20 years has been the fact that we're busy selling our country to foreigners.
