Very fortunate for home owners.In USA its also kind to foreign investors, you guys allow foreigners to buy, as long as we have the cash.

(I already bought 1 house all cash and had no problems closing)"If you're buying the properties through your LLC, generally the LLC needs to register as a foreign LLC in the state of Indiana and maintain a registered agent with a physical address in the state to receive legal correspondence on your behalf.

Hi BP'rs,I'm new to the REI world and after reading / listening to tone of materials I think I'm ready to do my first practical steps.For that matter, I think having a mentor would serve me best going on my first couple of deals.My criteria for mentor selection are:- Experience with "basic" real estate (flips / SFH) as well as advanced investing (MFH / BRRRR)- Out of state investment experience- Can provide reference of previous mentees (first option: foreigners, second option: out of state)- On-demand availability (within reasonable hours) to support decision as deals progress.Is this realistic?

Therefore, I’m seeking to find/buy/rehab value add deals 1-4 units so I can create equity (ie capital that I can later use) out of thin air 😉 I want to use some of that created equity down the road and sell some property (5-10 years) and roll that equity into larger deals possibly using a 1031 exchange. just like Monopoly, 4 green houses then 1 giant hotel 😆
