Guess will have to bump the rents in Jan 2011 to get a little better cash flow so can put them on the market and look for a 1031 exchange property.

Congrats Jon, sounds great and BP does come through again.You know I always have thoughts, this one is...better be careful about bringing in foreign money, money laundering can be done without even knwoing it, make sure he and you are clean on the deal.Do your due diligence
