I hope this is foreshadowing of more to come.

My tenants are still moving out much too frequently, but the last two vacancies have filled before the old tenant is out.

I had over 100 phone calls on the last vacancy. Still not a lot of qualified tenants, but at least there are tenants out there looking for a place, which is a big change from the preceding year when even the worst of the sludge wasn't calling.

Still can't raise rents, but maybe if the tenants are back, raising rents will be next. (fingers crossed)
