Sold income property to an off shore BP member

A BP member from the other side of the globe reached out to me almost a couple of years ago. We've dicussed a number of possible joint ventures, some in depth. While we haven't completed anything big yet, he did buy a home from me, a certified 2% income deal ; ) He has also made a private money loan to me. I'm happy. He's happy. Thanks BP!
