The most important thing you can work on right now is finding your "Why" and putting it in Big Letters where you can see it every day.

I hope craigslist starts charging for posting ads soon, as the site is becoming a big mess from the pigs that repost every day and sometimes more.

The maintenance may not be a big thing because it sounds like you are looking to help them out and you would be compensated monthly so I would expect the routine activities would be covered.

The kitchen is a high traffic area, and we have three dogs that give it a good workout every day.

So many people ignore the "if you are interested" part.I find it amazing that people get multiple pieces of junk mail every day that they toss without opening, and they don't feel the need to call up Chase or Capital One or Trugreen every time they get a letter to tell them to screw off???
