The energy sector did take a hit but were poised to bounce back as a city.

If you haven't ever heard of it, it is basically a program which pays to make homes more energy efficient by fixing smaller less expensive things like drafts etc; it is aimed at assisting those with lower incomes and who are more susceptible to changes in cold/heat (elderly or children). 

For our customers and the situation you described, we would recommend a follow up within 2 weeks to 30 days.

I know the big companies usually swoop up this kind of land and offer custom homes but I think a nice apartment building could work I'm just not sure about the math.

The customer service is outstanding and extremely helpful.

The business model was the REIA provided the customers, the guru provided the product, and they split the take.  

I am therefore leery about whether the GC will come in on time and budget as I am beginning to hear complaints from other customers of the GC at this point which I didn't know from the outset.

I love the energy!

If you have a proper customer service oriented agent then it should not be a problem.

That's when you should put the energy into researching the different options and finding a solution that works for you.
