1-2 Tiny homes don't bring much value as they don't add much equity.

For us, we only call people who have subscribed through our website and completed a form online.

They key is to find out what you bring to the table to others; in this case to my mentor, my clients and eventually to my business partners. 

They can bring it to open market and facilitate the transaction. 

So I knew there was plans to bring development down the road..
