Hi All,Is it a good idea to set up pest control wildlife control (for rats, rodents, squirrels etc.) plans at rental property for those professionals to check periodically for any activities or issues.

My string off failures and problems, unplanned of course, have let to the bizarre outcome that is turning 27, adding a new multifamily property in my portfolio.

I also leave a little time for unplanned meetings b/c good stuff happen spontaneously.

There is a birds nest on the outside of one of the closed windows (between the glass and the screen) and we saw a squirrel run into the house from one of the open windows.

You can place poison out but make sure it is the the tubes designed for rats and squirrels so children and the neighbors cat wont get into it.

@Paul Sandhu Black walnuts, we have 5 big ones left, cut down two, it is not the mower it is the squirrels (rats with tails!)

@Juan Chavez A/Bs would be areas like Shadyside, squirrel hill, lawnreceville, bloomfield, mexican war streets, and even some areas in the suburbs like Cranberry Twp, Wexford, upper saint clair, etc.
