New investor in Pittsburgh
Hey all,
My name is Greg and me and my wife are new rental investors in the Pittsburgh area. We have one triplex finally up and running after a 3 year rebuild (frozen pipes, bad electrical and other learning opportunities finally remediated). Looking to learn more the less painful way and move forward with building a nice portfolio of income generation (maybe flipping if the right deal comes by).
