Any type of investment real estate anywhere in the US can be sold and replaced by any other type of investment real estate of any number of properties anywhere in the US.Washington to CA is perfectly fine.  

In this type of situation, they want low interest rate with low down payment also.

@Denise CarringerMy preference is to go local - some community banks offer this type of service or local escrow companies, which is what I found, because they offer a higher level of service than most national.

I use credit cards, write checks, and pay in cash.Each situation can dictate the payment type.
