I can't go refinance a rental, buy a fancy sports car and call it rental interest.Does that make more sense? 

No one wanted to lend me money because I didnt have a W2 job at the time because I got injured playing professional sports and I was receiving workers comps but I knew I wanted to build in this business.

With that said, I am curious of how the amount of business that major sports franchises bring to communities will affect the price of real estate there?

I had the honor to work for ESPN, Fox Sports Detroit and Tivity Social and developed many influential relationships including athletes and TV personalities along the way.

I have been thinking about real estate for several years, but due to school and sports never got a chance to raise funds or put the real time in to get started. in a convention I went to they said there were ways to fund your first project or flip with no money.

The police report said the sport goods were delivered and mail notifications were sent to my property.My tenant said she has nothing to do with that.
