hey everybody, my name is Ryan. I am a young ambitious student athlete currently residing in west Virginia. I am originally from Atlanta Georgia, but spend most of my time in Houston, Texas. I don't have much experience with real estate just a lot of aspiration. I have been thinking about real estate for several years, but due to school and sports never got a chance to raise funds or put the real time in to get started. in a convention I went to they said there were ways to fund your first project or flip with no money. I am on here to learn and progress. if you have any advice for a newbie coming in I am completely open and would be appreciated. I am really looking for advice on how to get started or different ways to get funded. thank you!

Network with investors and attend as many events as you can. When I started doing this the investors I met got me headed in the right direction. Being an investor in WV I can tell you that it can be very difficult to flip homes in WV because the margins aren't big enough unless you get the property for extremely cheap. Exceptions to this but Atlanta and Houston would be better for flipping.
