Mary R. Wikileaks shut down

As suspected (and as I pointed out in my post above), none of the Fox News supporters here want to address the fact that Fox News has the most misinformed viewers and clearly doesn't even know which party high-profile politicians belong to...Of course there won't be any response to this post either, as even those who like Fox News realize that all the criticism is warranted and there really isn't any defense...Any rational person would have figured this out back in 2003 when Fox News lawyers stood in a Florida courtroom and argued in front of a jury that they legally had a right to distort the news -- and even flat out lie -- to their viewers.

As for a deed-in-lieu, I very much doubt the owner would be interested in an expedited version of an FC when he'd been living in the house for the last two years not making payments.I guess the "holiday season" reason makes sense, but this TS was first scheduled for October, hardly the holiday season. It seems like a "rational" investor holding this note would just cut bait and go to sale, but that isn't happening for whatever reason, and it is frustrating the heck out of my buyer, so I'm trying to see if there are any other solutions.Doesn't sound like there are.
Bryan Hancock Why Do Banks Want "A Relationship" If They Want To Reduce Concentration Risk?
28 July 2011 | 14 replies
Certainly they are rational self-maximizers, but it seems like straight talking out of both sides to say they want a relationship and deny loans because they are worried about concentration.Am I thinking about this the wrong way?
Bryan Hancock Structuring "Bubbles" For Seller Financed Notes
9 March 2011 | 72 replies
At least this is the way it should function with rational buyers...I'm not sure what the paper community does here or if this really happens much since the partial duration is so short.I would love to hear why this isn't the case if I am missing something.Mini balloons or "bubbles" distort the modified duration for series of cash flows based on how things are structured and thus should make the instrument more or less sensitive to interest rate changes.

I think that most people have recognized that they don't want to work 100-hour weeks for the rest of their lives to optimize ROE and thus they have made the completely non-amateur and rational decision to diversify their business into activity that allows them to enjoy the fruits of their labor at some point.
