Hi All, I am relatively puzzled as a new investor whether I need to invest in single or multifamily homes.

Kind of curious about what the financing piece of the puzzle looked like.

The neighbors might not be very happy, i can assume.I am puzzled that a person happen to drive by a residential street and calls to ask if we are interested.

It just puzzles me how a large bank (US Bank in this instance) can get caught up in such a shadey deal.

Now it's just putting the puzzle together on paper, that's all.
