First some background - I have lived in Orange County/Los Angeles my whole life (school and all) and would love to get involved in real estate investing to serve as a secondary income source. 

He finished washing up in the master bath and complained of his leg hurting as he went to bed, but was still startled over what had transpired.

I am very willing to do any and all leg work, even willing to manage property if it poses a problem and NEEDS to be done. 

I guess I will learn as I go, as long as my mistakes don’t cost me a arm and a leg I will be fine lol XD

I asked him to check the drain and he said there was no evidence of the drain being touched and he couldn't even remove it (possibly cemented in he said) and according to the tenant "No work had been done they just took pictures of the carper".What leg do I have to stand on in firing them?

Anyone know of any in Orange county / Riverside / Long Beach ? 

Just be prepared to do a lot of the leg work.Then the shopping begins.

Dont mean to be critical but Why even do a lousy deal like that , I mean the deal has to stand on its own two legs or it’s no good .

I was thinking the roof is more orange then brown but ill check both
