A few places I have my eye on are Garfield, Trenton, Yardley, East Stroudsburg, Easton, Allentown, even Mount Vernon.

I've purchased some properties from the city, not the hot part but a nice street right below Mount Saint Mary's, just a half block above where everyone is meeting this Friday at Blacc Vanilla.  

This situation has definitely gave me a lot to think about how I handle these things going forward.My HVAC guy was able to get out there early this afternoon (had to finish his job from yesterday that he didn't complete) and he discovered that the blower motor had crapped out and is currently still working on it.

This would remove from the equation the motor part of the RV which based on my research can be an issue down the road, plus on the road liablity.

One of the light bulbs in the garage door motor isn't working.

Especially non-gas motor push mowers, they don't make them like they used to!

And depending on what you want it will run into a small air handler with a coil and fan, or if you choose a “mini split” there will be multiple line sets running to the “heads” basically the fan and coil all in one that mounts inside the room and looks very nice.Depending on the square footage and what the original heat pump was (air handler with duct work already installed?)

Replace a fan motor or capacitor in an exchanger?
