There is growing momentum/grumblings to further restrict/civically-monetize real estate in Santa Fe, especially for second homes, out of state buyers, and landlords. 

Those who stay in business need to expand monetization over time to increase profits.

You may not REALIZE a profit until you sell or monetize a profit until you pull out the cash but that doesn't mean you don't make a profit until you recover your investment through cash flow or a liquidity event.

there is a LOT of other content out there (I listened to BP podcasts  a few times then moved on as it just seems to be about monetizing BP) Anyway, go grab google and find the closest commercial RE firm.... 

So in thinking of the best ways to monetize it I have mostly landed on trying to rent it out as an event rental space.Why event space?

A piece of this earth and the structure upon it, the use it provides, food, water, shelter, these fundamentals of life are of factual value, only the monetization action changes.
