Hey everyone, hope y’all are doing well! So I finished the Ultimate Beginners Guide by bigger pockets, I’ve read a few other books from other investors and have accomplished my first networking event. After doing all this, I’ve realized how much further away I really am from starting my investment journey. I feel like I need personalized advice from love, successful investors. So I don’t qualify to get a loan because of my credit, I don’t have money saved for a down payment and if I did even get a loan, I wouldn’t have the money to make the payments for the investment property until it got rented out. I think my only options are to get a second job, save up money for a down payment and to pay the loan all while working on my credit. Is this my only option? Does anyone have any other suggestions, ideas or paths I could try? Thank you for your guys time. I really appreciate everything I’ve learned from you guys and also bigger pockets!

Start listening to the Bigger Pockets Money podcasts. The series is largely designed to help people with this kind of initial money trouble.
