Now I've got a new 2.95% interest loan to pay that's holding me up from RE investing (increased DTI compared to the initial paid off colorado) for the time being, but was a great cost/year investment for my business at low interest and has helped reliably increase my LLC income..... it's always a juggle, but you have to run numbers on all options!

Wordpress is exactly what I would and have used for more permanent and design demanding projects.In my experience, for the quick setup, ease of use, and super flexible terms, SQUARESPACE has been the best solution for listings, especially if you're juggling 6-7 at a time and don't have the manpower to put towards 6-7 wordpress sites.
