It's a little tiring to juggle that with working a full-time job.Now, I try to look for a balance if I can.

Now I've got a new 2.95% interest loan to pay that's holding me up from RE investing (increased DTI compared to the initial paid off colorado) for the time being, but was a great cost/year investment for my business at low interest and has helped reliably increase my LLC income..... it's always a juggle, but you have to run numbers on all options!

Wordpress is exactly what I would and have used for more permanent and design demanding projects.In my experience, for the quick setup, ease of use, and super flexible terms, SQUARESPACE has been the best solution for listings, especially if you're juggling 6-7 at a time and don't have the manpower to put towards 6-7 wordpress sites.

If you want to juggle your job and phone calls from tenants and contractors all day long, be my guest, but it will not scale too well.

At least 6% and likely more if you have to juggle vacancy and sales and refresh.There are going to be some lawyers and accountants in their somewhere, make sure they are tallied.

I see several deals a week, but once again, trying to run my medical practice and look for deals is a true time juggle. 

Could you  juggle 4 rehabs at once, could you juggle 4 scrapes at once?

He just started less than 3 months ago and is juggling 10 clients already so time management has been crazy, to say the least.  

I have heard many members say they left their version of a "day job" because they were losing deals, it was costing them money, and they could no longer juggle the two.

Thought I'd update this.I've been doing this since late August...juggling my work & family schedule with trying to handle all the new calls & follow up on leads that are "in progress".For anyone who thinks you can't start small...I've already made $600 from this partnership.
