The basement is 8 feet tall. 6 foot easement between the property and the 2 neighboring houses (to the left and in the back); 15 foot easement from the front exterior of the house to the street and the neighboring house on the right.

And just like the repairs, they're not budging an inch.

To solve the problem when people want to close their bedroom door when they are sleeping we cut one inch off the bottom of the door, install a vent in the wall above the door so air flows into the hallway and we even cut holes in the ceiling and install registers with filter so the warm moist air rising to the ceiling can flow into the attic.

So to touch on the subject of my post, I got to mow the grass at my duplex and cut down 5 foot tall weeds, because my mower has apparently not shown up and I got a call from the chief of police on Friday, yay!

That said you have to have something to attach the 2 x 4 s to every so many inches whereas with a drop ceiling you only have those wires.

There are places near Modesto where you can but 200 acres of beautiful land with a lake front for something like $135,000 (if I am correct), and I have a friend who looked into buying the land, but the cost to bring in electric is insane and then you neeed to dig a well and install pumps, storage tanks and even 4 inch pipes for fire hydrants.

You don't go to the grocery store looking to buy oranges that are only 3 inches in diameter and weight 5 oz. 

The lawn is 3 feet tall and there is enough trash that I will need a small dumpster for this one.

This iso board is several inches thick (styrofoam type product which is covered on both sides with a fiberglass type material).

Footings.  18 inch deep by 12 inches, 42 inch deep by 6 inches, 36 inches by 10 inches, etc.
