If you aren't willing to drop money on a couple mailings that basically have no chance of bringing in a deal then this business model probably isn't for you and the course will not give you a rock solid, step by step turn-key system.In my view, the biggest newbie pitfall is inaction.

You have a great cash flowing property worrying about squeezing an extra $50/mo cash flow could drive you crazy or lead to inaction. 

I used it to pay for collage and when I graduated to follow a career in Web engineer I set it to inactive.  

However we usually see a drop off in activity during this time frame.
