South Florida Brokers who specialize in Res Income Properties

I am looking for South Florida Brokers and Realtors who specialize in Residential Income Properties, including Single Family Homes. I am a Florida Real Estate Agent (inactive) that would like to specialize in residential income properties, so that I may buy some too. In the past, I have contacted major real estate companies, and they just want me to do regular listings and work with all sellers. This is what I call "retail real estate" and I don't want to spend my time doing that. My time on this earth is limited (68 years old) and I want to focus my time and life on doing investments, even if it is single family type in the beginning. I am going to start reading BiggerPockets stories about Realtors who also invest. Please feel free to share any, and all your thoughts, even if you don't reside in South Florida. Thank you all.
