As more and more states see flipping “wholesaling” residential real estate where a homeowner is involved as needing consumer protection the fantasy of no capital no experience easy entry in this field will be eliminated (good riddance!).  

I have homeowners insurance but had a fairly high auto quote from the same guy.

So if it was a Home Owners Association suing for their HOA fees, any primary mortgage would survive.

As some advice, don’t be afraid to ask the seller to buy a 12 month home owners warranty for you.

Then there are many lending programs here in the states that only require 25-30 % down with no experience only that you are a homeowner.

I'm so confused... do y'all do other insurance on top of homeowners policies on your short term and medium term rentals?
