I sold the portfolio earlier this year for a good ROI and want to look into Orlando, where my heart is as a Disney nut.Goal is to build or buy a long term unit or two that will, at the least, pay for themselves, maintenance, taxes, and a pm… with a touch of profit at the end of each month.

if you are willing to move outside of the city and commute (or can telecommute) consider areas like Tacoma, Bremerton, etc. and house hack until your heart is content.

@Alexander Felice It was a long time coming but you have convinced me your heart is in the right place and you are sincere in a way most people are not.I think you've both made quality points.

I'm a family of 3; you wouldn't want to see our food purchases; the wife and are all her natural/special diet stuff plus eat out. 

To many people will go on a "Diet" then revert back to what they think is normal and the weight comes flying back on and they are worse of than they were before.My REI Club actually had a "Get Fit" challenge that we did over 6 months.
