Orlando area investing
Hello everyone. I've invested in a couple of properties in PA over the years, typically A class unit duplexes, and have done well with cash flow and overall property equity. I sold the portfolio earlier this year for a good ROI and want to look into Orlando, where my heart is as a Disney nut.
Goal is to build or buy a long term unit or two that will, at the least, pay for themselves, maintenance, taxes, and a pm… with a touch of profit at the end of each month. The real goal is equity and ultimately owning a place I can call my home in the coming years.
I’ve got about $60k I can put down towards a property with a bit more if needed so that limits my options but want to stay with newer construction in a good area within a 30 min drive (realistic) to Disney world.
can anyone recommend areas that meet that criteria and offer any advice for an investor new to Orlando?
