Maybe, if you have a basement in the house large enough, you can offer for him to put his treadmill down there where he can use it so it won't bother you, or buy him a Planet Fitness gym membership for $10 a month - if that is worth your peace and quiet. 

Second question: The condo association has common area structures such as pool, gym, party room.

Recently I came across a newly build value apartment for sale.The price per sq ft is almost equivalent to condo price  minus the facilities like gym,swimming pool,etcCan I compare sq ft price of condo with apartment which is claimed by developer is the latest price?

The appeal wears off and most of the tenants that like that type of thing, seem to go to a gym where they can be part of a workout routine with a group. 

I also rotated free gym memberships so I could shower when both bathrooms were ripped apart, and I often carried my toothbrush with me to Home Depot so I could brush in their bathroom..haha! 

so me and my friend run a mma gym we are renting a space inside of another gym we get it for 2 and a half hours a day 5 days a week for 250$ a month we profit 200 $ we are just starting out  but no competition in our small city but before we start marketing we want a game plan and we were wondering later down the road assuming we are making enough about this idea i had commercial house hacking running our business out of another building while renting other sections of the building out i have done a lot of research on house hacking because im trying to get my foot in the ground  but i know absolutely nothing about commercial real estate we both do not have credit but thats okay because we probably will not have enough gym members for a couple years

My guess is the complex will include amenities like pools and gyms.
