Sure they paid me both times, but that's exactly what a ponzi would do.Thanks I would be mortified if any of my investors even had a thought in the back of their head that I was running a Ponzi scheme.

If you are trying to get a cash out refi, I would think the bank would want to see the correct type of insurance for the business you are running.

They always for that mistake in the long run tho.

I think right after Josh Dorkin sold the company and stepped down as CEO there was a bit of confusion on how they wanted to run the forums.

Start running numbers on potential deals to get more comfortable, and build out your team—like a CPA, property manager, and lenders.

Just my personal opinion - get a mentor or a person who already has good experience running STR business, preferably in your area (but not 100% required). 

We were going to partner together on it where I build and run a STR on it.
