Okay, I'll jump in here.I've done SBA 7(a) loans, one for 1.7mil and another for 2 mil, for two separate commercial properties (gas station c-stores, ground up raze and rebuilds). 

Go to a local convenience store, see what kind of people live there. 

You can buy 2 prong outlets at most any hardware store, home improvement store, electrical supply store. 

I've had to pay for some insurance premiums and some late penalties on property taxes but i can say, I've never been successfully sued in 15 years, because our process is well documented and its not a pattern or pervasive or malicious in intent (Some elements needed to sue in my opinion) if we make a mistake and, I've always made the borrower whole.

When people open the doors, they are envisioning how to store their cookware, etc.

Important Documents Lastly, make an electronic copy of your closing documents and store the copy you receive from closing in a safe place.

Slowly but surely my eyes are awakening to the many avenues in RE.I suggest ignore the various "cast's" of any kind and start at foundational elements.

If you're looking for somewhere fairly safe and consistent to store cash, land purchases in this area could be a good option.

I would contact the store or manufacturer and see if it falls under warranty.
