Inspite of it being AS-IS check to see if in your state the RE sale need to have disclosures to be stated.

A foriegn electric load you cannot have without disclosure and even with disclosure it can become an issue, not sure what PA says about LL using electric, you should check.

On the Loan Estimate and on your Closing Disclosures, it will be a different story.

There are some people doing very well at it with full disclosure to the landlords and sticking to 30 day plus guests.

And I must also provide a disclosure of self-represented agent licensee and financial interest.

If that’s the case, though, the agent ought to have given you a disclosure with the paperwork when you first made your offer— the agent I work with does that, and it’s also in the neighborhood of $300 rather than what you’re talking about.

There should be a disclosure showing who the agent represents or doesn't.
