Seems different than most other investor relationships I've heard about.I would be grateful to hear any thoughts of concerns or delight that you all may have.

The tenant seemed to be delighted and was ok with the disclaimer and asked to renew the lease. 

The front porch was caved in and there were mice scurrying across it smh  I know it's a gem, but I'll be D@MNED if I'll pay what they're asking. 

I say if you have the mindset to 100% fully commit to starting a Property Management company - do whatever it takes to delight your clients with great service.

It'll cost you a couple of hundred dollars, but i'm guessing this guy will cave pretty quick.  

Besides the fraudulant shenanigans they pulled, Their work was horrible not even 6 months after they installed the " NEW ROOF" the hallway was leaking and theres black mold, my living room ceiling is caving in, there is a broken main beam, and I had the city inspector that passed it to come back out and tell me what was wrong with my roof .

I have since crossed the JV option off as a creative solution.I actually would be delighted to keep my 25% equity in whatever form.
