Forged contract from the Hero Program

Hi I have a question regarding the hero program. First they came to my house and talked to my mother-in-law who was on hospice at the time. My husband had pOa regarding any decisions being made on her behalf or on behalf of her estate. These people forged her signature created an Gmail account to communicate between each other forged more documents online with e-signature claiming to be my mother in law. These e-signatures are signed after she passed which was not long after they came and I stalked the solar panels with out anybody but her being home the extent of the documents I found in the Gmail account go as far as claiming she signed off for the inspection from the city. In total there are 10 plus documents they signed her named and/or her instials. How do I go about fighting this because they have placed a mechanics lien on my home now.
