Raising the Fed Funds rate to combat inflation caused by a massive increase in currency in circulation chasing less resources is actually inflaming the issue.

I may be wrong, but @Jim K. and @Bruce Woodruff and @Henry Clark and @Jay Heinrichs and many others give a ton of free advice with no expectations of benefiting.I don't know of a good solution to get rid of outdated or bad information, other than to combat it with updated, accurate information. 

Whatever I decide to do job-wise for the next few years, I will pursue paying these properties down to combat a little of my unease about being leveraged so much, but at the same time I don't much care if we have a RE correction as I'm in this for the long term and it likely wouldn't have a huge effect on my rental income.
