They are a serious problem that is growing and are often lumped in with malignant or various sub types of narcissism. 

Joe has a headache that ends up being brain cancer that he gets treatment for and it goes into remission.

A deal I recently did went like this.This seller was diagnosed with cancer and didn't want his wife to get stuck with the stress of landlording.

Gotta stay positive, have a plan and work hard on that plan and I promise you can and will make it happen.Also, surround yourself with positive successful people (this may mean you have to remove negative and cancerous people from your world, ouch) and start or maybe keep listening to productive podcasts (Bigger Pockets, Gary Vaynerchuk, Grant Cardone, etc...) and reading all you can to understand the process and educate yourself.Keep your head straight and you'll make this happen just like you did when you got your CNA.Sorry if this comes off as sappy or preachy but you CAN do this!!

Cancer causing chemicals"?

I hear these people all the time and it can start to be a cancer if your around them too long so watch out.  

Owning a property in a state with restrictive eviction laws is like cancer.

There is NO data nor documented evidence of ANYONE getting cancer from exterior siding (especially if it's painted). 

Dad (has cancer).. so, didn't want him to get shocked, you know?

Then the repairman was having a hard time getting the receipt to him as the repairman's wife was in the final stages of cancer.
