Duty to disclose
Does a landlord have a duty to disclose to tenant if landlord installed one of those listed toxic laminate flooring from lumber liquidators in 2014?

I'm not sure if the landlord is required to disclose. Not only would I disclose, I would also rip out the floor and change it. I don't want anyone getting sick on my account. Especially children.
