I am hoping that the ad campaign will actually work. 

I am working on my rough draft of 3D model designing of the new floor plan to be converted from singlewide trailer into 16x32 duplex houses on the same permanent trailer foundation with deck porches (just demolish entire mobile home to convert into stick-built house) and on the process of signing up my new real estate investment crowdfunding campaign (website) to be posted with my finalized proofreading content with a lot of pictures and video.

You won't have much time left over to run marketing campaigns and work with prospects. 

I have been thinking about something similar to this, but from the other end:Are any investors out there (partially) funding a targeted campaign in exchange for 1) first option to buy and pay a pre-determined wholesale / assignment fee or 2) X% of net profit.

@Jerry Swanson For rehab deals you could start your own marketing campaign or get on as many wholesaler lists as possible so they start sending you what they find.
