I moved from abroad to USA 2 months ago (from Poland, originally I'm from Belarus) and now living in Miami, FL, having my greed card.I have no real estate background, my carrer abroad was focused on IT sales, such as software and hardware products & services.

Just for some background info......the only reason I started and own Skip Genie now is because I specialized in highly distressed vacant properties and learned the ins and outs of how to efficiently find and contact the owners/heirs and then be able to close on them.  

That will help keep thing square with the guests.Remember that you need to do a full background check etc etc with a regular full lease for the time they are there.

Good luck in Real Estate and perform full background/credit checks with your prospect tenants.  

If you choose to work with an attorney for your 1031 whose experience is limited to a few 1031s a year (even though they may have a vast real estate background) you'll likely not get the economies of scale and a competitive price for your 1031. 

If we put the home on the market we would lose at least a month rent and utility cost.Some background on the property is that we put 120k towards a down payment at 6.125%.

The background checks are nice but the  actual site is trash.

I use Avail for creating lease agreements and Keycheck for background checks.

Anyone here have any experience or background in fitness center design?

Honestly, most of the companies that back DSCR loans are "investment bankers" that don't have formal credit backgrounds, so I'm not sure if I would trust them if they say they don't report.
