I have been Trying to get my agent to get me in contact with the seller but as of right now the sellers agent says i have to show that I am approved for the loan before seller will even begin to talk, I just need to figure out how to give her a piece of mind that I am serious about this property.I think if I could talk her into seller finance until I could put the home on-site on a foundation then I believe I could get approved on the FHA loan from my understandings....Could be wrong...
