Once you find rock star property managers and set up the right systems for communication and accountability it becomes much easier.  

I just did a quick search and see First Service Residential has nearly 400 reviews and a 4.6 star rating.

I'd pay a lot more for a Star Wars room with a slide than a nice/normal/clean house when traveling with kids.Keep the kid/family ideas coming.

I've got to say I was a bit surprised when this popped up into my Facebook feed today.A BiggerPockets interview with an OnlyFans star turned real estate investor isn't something I expected to see. 

If we don't feel like we can give a 5 star review, if things aren't terrible, then we just don't provide a review.

Once large turnkey's property manager had a rating of 1.5 stars based on a large number of reviews.

I have found that I get the best reviews and the most timely reviews when I am quick to complete my review, then send them a note letting them know that: I appreciated them as guests; I just left them a 5 star review; and it would mean a lot if they could do the same for me as reviews are very important for my small business.

As others have mentioned I would want to checkout the property and make sure everything is in good working order to be a 5 star STR.
