Let's of NYC investors look at other cities in NY, Rochester, Buffalo, etc... they can drive to them to see them, and they know the state well enough to feel comfortable.Most of the rust belt cities in NY offer cash flow as well. 

What I always suggest for folks who do not like a lot of is to borrow  no more then 60% loan to value.

An interesting option that they can offer is interest only payments for 3-10 years.

What's the difference between a full-service broker and a discount broker, and how does that affect the services they offer and the fees they charge?
