don't know if there is a code of conduct for those folks or not.. probably not the first industry that wanted to get help from postal carriers.. they have jobs for life though so I don't think if its frowned upon they would risk their jobs for small dollars.

I strongly suggest you do not take additional problems since a liability lawsuit will take all of your anticipated profits.In Knoxville today, all good contractors have plenty of work, but can give you a fixed start date, estimate and name of their insurance carrier.

Typically if you stick with the big guys, American Standard/Trane, Carrier/Bryant, Rheem/Ruud, Lennox or Goodman/Daikin/Amana you'll be ok.

My condo/home insurance carrier which insures each of my current 4 places said the same thing....So I ask you all with over 4-5 properties - at this stage in the game...1.
