Could this be a possible source for wholesale leads??

I'm wondering if anyone has tried this, and if its even legal? I'm inclined to think it probably isn't legal, but has anyone thought of using mailmen/women for wholesaling leads? These people drive every road all week. They probably deliver to vacant houses that have piles of mail. They probably see every house that never gets mail. Could you ask one to take note of these houses and deliver them to you? Thanks all!

There's nothing "illegal" about that. You can definitely set some kind of referral agreement with them that would make it worth their effort. I always offer a $500 fee to anyone who brings me an address which I end up buying.

Here's another idea. Contact your local junk removal companies and ask them for referrals as well. I bet they come across a lot of trashed houses.
