I am currently watching Youtube videos and reading the Ultimate Guide to Real Estate document and BiggerPockets content to gain more knowledge. 

Some lights and video cameras stops lots of problems before they ever start.

I'm hoping someone could provide clarity on a potential prohibited transaction inside a retirement account.
