It’s one thing if you’re struggling to pay rent, but to refuse to pay rent AND refuse to leave and force another landlord file a formal eviction against you (since evictions are to recover possession of a property) says a lot about you as a person (in my opinion).

well, I got a message first thing in the morning that since he had an extension to file his taxes he couldn’t get a letter —- that was Aug last year.
