Jefferson County Now Has E-Filing For Deeds and Mortgages

Jefferson Co now has e-filing for deeds and mortgages so the closings can go on! 

Above was posted in the realtor forum. Tried googling, but couldn't find it anywhere. Kind of crazy to think title was sending someone downtown twice a day. Good news, the world keeps spinning!
