Each state is pretty unique in these regards, but you're trying to engage the equitable defense of laches and unclean hands to the foreclosure sale, which is an equitable remedy.

So the term is not unique to just real estate.The Note is simply the I.O.U. that spells out the debt and terms of repayment.

Most banks won't finance such a small property in such a quirky niche of real estate (so you'll need to rely upon seller financing)Good luck,-Jefferson-

That was my niche.

It was supposed to be a flip but I went over budget so its now a rental.But this is a unique type of house with a huge yard for it being in a city.
