I'll end it with this about Harrisburg, and I know it could be said about any city, but I feel that Harrisburg is extra unique in this regard....it is very block by block! 

@Nik Moushon Thanks for the input.Building to a LEED standard, or Living Building Challenge, is something I try to do as much as I can in my non-development projects.

For sure comparing green apples to red apples considering LA , SFV is another unique animal.

I don't have experience in the Detroit market, but I assume there are plenty of properties available that look great on paper but are going to be a real challenge to manage properly, especially from across the country.

Although, it was only recently that I've challenged myself to avoid eating out this month.
