It sounds like you're trying to do one of three things:1)  A condotel type of thing and place it in the hotel pool2)  Generate positive cashflow via leasehold3)  A VRBO type of thing, which doesn't have to be specifically in Waikiki.

@Jonathan Leake - I don't see downside to requiring it and it helps if heat is out and the tenant needs a hotel room or something.
