I'm considering this storage development where the LTV is around 80%.

My investment focus is in Ocala /Central Florida and have built a bunch of single family, self storage and currently working on small multi family developments, duplex(s) ect..Although I’ve never been to California, some of my main partners both on the capital and sales side are from the Bay Area. and I have learned so much from working with them and seeing first hand how they have progressed with out of state investing. 

Depending on location in the valley, I'd check with city / county about RV storage, or self-storage. 

We did & notified them they could have their possessions back after paying storage fees.

I appreciate your help in advance.Thank you.Shyam Aloha,All you really need is a one page Parking/Storage Agreement, that specifies the address and space, names of all parties, allowed uses, monthly rate (and this should be only a month-to-month term, which allows you to terminate it separately from their residence Rental.

In my case, I have residential rentals in one LLC, commercial properties in another, self storage in a third, and my real estate company operates in a fourth.

If they don't have a place to go make the suggestion that they rent a storage unit for their personal property and stay with friends or family until they can find a place.

Cooking, cleaning, and storage (which translates to cupboards for food and the fridge).

If you could add 8" - 12" storage to that wall + increase the size of the island countertop, that might work.  

I also have storage units in the basement.
