I don't know what prices look like, but closer to the lake will be more expensive and more rural will be cheaper (*duh*) It's kind of spread out up there though, so not sure exactly what township or city to look at in order to narrow down your search.

This may mean the issue is not important to your neighbor and he is only spreading his wings and ruffling your feathers.

You make your money on the spread between "your cost" and the difference between ingoing and outgoing cost. 

It is expensive and you have to make sure to add the costs into your spread sheet. 

I feel that over time the maintenance is spread out and less major because we find issues every week as we clean up for the next guest and deal with them immediately (instead of finding out about them a year later when the tenant moves out).
