@Melissa Bovee  As a fellow Tahoe investor, I can understand your dilemma regarding swapping your service providers as it often feels like you are on a tightrope with what you might get once you 'break the news'. 

I wouldn't be quite as worried about what the housing market will fare (of course, but at a later time), the more important issue is how the governments are reacting to the covid situation, how the markets (equities) are reacting to the government & covid, and then also the news of a potential political landscape shift on November 3. 

I enjoy anything sports related and outdoors.As I possibly near the end of my military career, I want to make my passion of real estate the next chapter in my life.

@Marcus Johnson didn't you hear, Walz went on record a while ago saying COVID dosn't impact rioters (sorry, gathering WITHOUT permits, blocking roadways, smashing windows, burning buildings, hurling rocks and so on is NOT protests any more than chain-gangs are an "encouraged communal community improvement force" (see, I can word play too))BUT, apparently COVID hates Harleys because it "DOES" attack everyone at Sturgis......Seriously, why isn't there any news on how prejudice COVID is, it's selectively targeting people based on their political affiliations and hobbies apparently.
