Please note I've done some research on these markets (I'm focusing more on the western side of the state), this is just my knowledge/experience as a long-time CT resident.

Working on a rehab project in Downtown Nashville and having a bit of trouble coming up with an HVAC solution.

I'm currently an orthopedic surgery resident (year 3 of 5) and have had an interest in the small business world and real estate as long as I can remember.

I believe that this exemption can only be implemented in a house hack or primary residence so just looking for anyone with experience doing this and if it is helpful in cost savings.

Where I live, I have private well and septic,  but as you get closer to the center of town some residents have access to only the municipal water supply and others have access to municipal water and sewer.  

However, the Verizon rep did warn us that if internet service is slow in our area (which in general it is), that other households may also rely on LTE hotspots as their main internet source and this may slow down service all around :(  I guess this is a temp. solution until we get Comcast internet installed (or AT&T internet improves from a current snails-pace of 3 megabytes per second).  

Super familiar with Docusign (I use pandadoc for proposals and agreements in my core business) and other e-signature solutions, but am much more interested in getting an online lease solution. 

Splitting the bill is not a great solution - there will be finger pointing over usage no matter what.
